Ablecare provides centre based and individual community support options in the Brisbane and South East Queensland. Our current centres are located at Mitchelton, Stafford Heights and Burpengary - (see the post school page for pictures). The Post School Programmes for 2010 continue with their education, therapy and skill focus as well as offering an enhanced community access programme including Camping and Sailing. For a timetable and options for the centre of your choice, or for an individualised home and community based activity programme, contact our co-ordinator on 38889979. The service now offers a pick up and drop off facility as well as extended hours care.

Our programmes are flexible and are provided at an appropriate learning level so that people with special needs can access the activities of choice - regardless of their level of disability.
