Now August has finally arrived, it certainly feels as though 2008 has flown by so quickly and the new year is around the corner...

The Ablecare Health Procedure Manual and Policies and Procedures have been finalised and updates distributed to each centre.  This completes our challenge this year of reviewing and reiisuing our document system.

The new client review books have now been forwarded to all clients who access the disability support programmes and we are receiving positive feedback from clients and carers in regard to the new format.

During September the Magnetic Island Camp will occur which should be an excellent adventure for the young people on this trip as well as a range of other locally based community access outings.

We have recently implemented an employee webportal for all staff who now have secure access to a range of employment related information and Ablecare communication announcements.  This went 'live' on August 6th.
