Each of these stories highlight the urgent need to provide care, therapy and family support.  Regular updates and achievement milestones are provided through the sponsorship programme. One of Twins Born at 27 Weeks ......Samuel has struggled for life since he was born, fighting for life with heart problems, immature lungs and brain cysts.  He was given a poor prognosis...with therapy and support he has the potential to learn to walk and to talk. His struggle is far from over and he faces further surgery and needs a range of specialised equipment to help him to be independent.  Your support will help us to purchase a range of special adaptive equipment to improve his independence and give him a positive future.                                          DONATE NOW ! 13 Weeks old... Timothy was born with microcephaly and brain damage.  His parents were told that he will never walk, never talk and they should take him home and wait for him to die......Timothy needs intensive therapy to give him the best opportunity to have a full life..to learn to walk, to talk...to enjoy his childhood and become a capable and independent adult.   He is progressing well, learning to roll, to sit, to look and smile...but without ongoing support his future will be limited.  Every child deserves the opportunity to achieve...Every parent want's to see their child happy and healthy...You can help Timothy and his family through supporting his therapy or purchasing specialised therapy equipment. SARAH 7 years....diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy after her birth went tragically wrong and her brain was starved of oxygen at birth.  A determined and independent child, she will try and try and try...to the point of exhaustion, such is her determination to achieve...never give up...never.  She is learning to walk independently and develop effective language and communication, so that people can understand her.  She is a bright, intelligent child, but without support to improve her independence and provide specialised equipment, she will not achieve her independence or potential and may be limited to a life of 24 hour care.  Your support will allow us to provide ongoing therapy, intensive holiday programmes and respite support.                                                                              DONATE NOW ! To protect the privacy of the children, names,details and photo images may have been changed.  If you would like to sponsor the therapy support needs for a specific person or family please contact our Care co-ordinator to discuss how you can make a difference. Stories should be considered indicative as actual situations will change.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the children in the sponsorship program, so we do not publish private details about children on our website.

When you sponsor a child or adult, we will mail you more details about your sponsored child such as their family situation the health and progress and their therapy programme, subject to privacy.
